by Craig Marcin in Skin Care -
“Since your skin is constantly faced with such harsh elements, don't you thing you should break out
an arsenal of quality aveda skin care products to help revive it? So many people thing your skin's
condition has solely to do with what you consume. This is a misconception to say the least.
Most of it actually has to do with the daily elements we typically encounter, such as sunlight, cold

Sick Of Scrubbing With Grandma's Bar Of Soap? Try Body Wash!
by Alfred Buechler in Skin Care -
“I was one of the hardcore males, who wanted to get manly-man clean with some serious body wash developed
specifically for men. Even though it had a soft, perfumey fragrance, it seemed to do the trick
alright. However, after a few washes with this hardcore masculine body wash, my skin started to
dry out a tad. Now, I don't know if this was because the body wash itself was overpowering,
or my skin just had a negative reaction to some harsh ingredient.”

“The thing that's wonderful about clinique skin care is the systems. Regardless of your skin
type, sensitive, oily, normal, or combination, you can easily acquire a clinique skin care system that
works for you. It all starts with a face soap. Now just so you know, these are as gentle
as can be. They work well to remove all that irksome dirt, oil and make-up.”

“First and foremost, she refrains from bathing in the sun without much-needed sunscreen. Did you
know that the sun is the prime cause of premature aging? Yes indeed, the big yellow guy will shrivel
you up in no time at all. I laugh when people always mistake me for a 21 year old. I can't
believe they don't know I'm actually 30. I would say the main reason is I don't tan
and haven't acquired any wrinkles or sun spots.”

“That's why they demand and deserve such gentle, yet regular care. Fortunately with the deluge
of skin care lines gracing the cosmetics market these days, it's rather easy to find what you're
looking for. Anything from Dry skin, to oily skin, to combination skin care systems can be found.
By the way, do you know your skin type? Maybe you're in need of some jan marini skin care products.”

“Many of these so-called cellulite remedies don't do much at all. They may moisturize the skin
at best. The truth of the matter is that cellulite is a layer of fat beneath fat. It results
in those nasty dimples that make most women cringe. The prime way to rid your legs of this problem
is with serious diet and exercise. It's all about shedding off that excess fat.”

“This makes the skin shiny and causes the pores to become enlarged. This condition can be caused
by heredity, diet, hormone levels, certain cosmetics, excessive exposure to humidity and heat, pregnancy
and birth control pills. While mostly prevalent in teenagers because of changing hormonal activity,
it can affect people at any age. However, as people outgrow adolescence their skin becomes dryer,
thus decreasing the amount of oily skin and blemishes.”

“Do you have severe acne? Or maybe you had severe acne at one point in your life and it left behind
some aftermath. You know, scarring. No one wants to bare the scars of acne for the rest of
their life. It's not exactly a badge of honor. Fortunately with new procedures such as
microderm abrasion, we can help relieve this problem. Microderm abrasion works to exfoliate the
outer layers of the skin, therefore exposing the fresh, clean layers below.”

“Some of those so-called dry skin treatment solutions out there are unfortunately bogus and can actually
worsen the situation. I have had dry skin as long as I can remember. It's not a big deal
in my opinion. It could be severe acne or rosechea, which I would think is even more difficult
to treat. For me a decent dry skin treatment such as a quality moisturizer does the trick.”

“These cellulite treatments do make the skin feel soft and smooth but they do not treat the cellulite
from the inside out which is what must be done for true results to be achieved. Topical cellulite
treatments combined with other procedures may yield better results, but may also involve invasive procedures
like liposuction, that may even make dimpling worse in some cases. Some areas of cellulite may
be especially difficult to remove depending on where they are on the body.”

“It all starts with a cleanser and ends with a moisturizer. The key is avoiding harsh elements and
things that will damage your fragile cheeks and nose. I started using a quality skin care regime
when I was in my teens, and now I'm 30 and still get carded every time I purchase alcohol.
It's actually a little ridiculous. No one believes my age.”
